El servicio de ustedes como siempre espectacular, el mensajero no lo fue, pagué para que lo entregaran con firma y lo dejaron frente a la puerta sin avisar para la firma, lo cual considero que es una falta de respeto y un mal servicio, pues cobraron y no lo hicieron, ustedes son los mejores en el mercado de eso no tengo la menor duda, muchas gracias.

The UPS employees were GREAT from the beginning when I dropped off 7 boxes in North Kingston ,Rhode Island 02852 until they were dropped off in Port Charlotte, FL. 33980. I am very pleased that I worked with 2 great companies, Parcel Monkey and UPS.
I will never use anyone else. Thank you for all of your hard work.

This was my first time using Parcel Monkey and I can say it was a great experience. The website is easy to navigate and they provide multiple levels of shipping and time frames for delivery. My package arrived within the allocated day/time slot and I was notified of its delivery. Prior to sending the package, a separate message was sent to the receiver with all of the tracking information. I will use them again.
