Pleasantly surprised at the ease in which I was able to drop of my package that's relatively close in walking distance from where I reside. Also, the vendor received the returned item within the 3-5 day delivery window. Absolutely would use this service again.

The service was great I ordered the lable from parcel monkey, printed it out stuck it on my box and dropped the box off at a pick up location. In a few days it was delivered. Love it
