Scam, Rip off, they should be ashamed of themselves

Awful! I will never use this service again. Paid $49 for overnight service and it took four days to arrive. Complete scam and rip off, wish I would have looked at reviews before using. Never again....total rip off

Brought the ups next envelope to the ups store at 12:30 pm. Took them 3 days to deliver next day envelope from TX to FL
