Expensive Next-Day Service, Significant Delays

I paid a significantly higher fee for next-day air to ensure a package arrived before the recipient flew out of the country. Unfortunately, it did not arrive the next day and instead was delivered in the evening two days later. The package was also delayed multiple times, which was stressful. As a result, I now have to pay to ship it internationally.
