Guaranteed At Your Own Risk

This was given to a UPS driver two hours before the 5:00pm cut off on Friday and Saturday delivery was checked and stated as guaranteed. This was not delivered until nearly NOON on MONDAY. This was unacceptable and a huge inconvenience to myself and the package recipient. I later checked the order in my dashboard and Monday is stated as the delivery day. That was not what I chose nor what I paid for with OVERNIGHT delivery. I feel absolutely taken advantage of by UPS and Parcel Monkey concerning this shipment.
