Parcel Monkey was a nightmare to deal with. My shipment is over a month late, and the tracking number they provided turned out to be completely wrong. Customer service was unresponsive and refused to refund my money. I wouldn’t recommend using them—save yourself the hassle.

Parcel Monkey Shipping Company was a complete letdown. After waiting over a month, my package still hasn’t arrived. The tracking number was completely inaccurate, and their customer service was unhelpful—no one took responsibility or offered a refund. I wouldn’t recommend using them under any circumstances.
