Smooth Process. Fast & Efficient Delivery

Extremely poor service – shipment lost and overcharged

My shipment (UPS Worldwide Expedited) has still not been recovered and is under investigation. No one seems to know its location. The service was already very expensive for a simple envelope ($62.23), and on top of that, I was charged an additional $33.51. Extremely disappointing, confusing, and unreliable. I do not recommend Parcel Monkey.

Your price was MUCH better (50%) less and the item arrived in Spain within 5 days vs 25 days with USPS!
