I would not recommend using this company to ship anything outside of the country... I was told specifically by a PM rep that my receiver did not have taxe,duties nor fees he would have to pay when picking up the package, but a hefty charge greater than the amount it cost me to ship the item was required before receiving the package. This is unacceptable. The only reply I received after him paying is that they have nothing to do with customs and their fees. Go elsewhere! Somewhere you are guaranteed delivery without your recipient having to pay for what they have already paid for...
