UPS charges fraudulent fees Zero help with customs

Package took 11 weeks to arrive. UPS did nothing to help with getting it through customs. UPS then claimed my package was overweight. When I provided proof that it wasn’t they immediately changed the issue now claiming my package was oversized. Luckily I again had proof as I had used their box. I purchased it from their UPS store. It had their logo and product number on it. In addition to that, the size they claimed the package was isn’t a valid size. You literally can’t buy a box in the size they were claiming. They eventually issued a refund for the fee but only because I had proof. Makes me wonder how many times do they charge these fees on innocent people. Won’t be using UPS anymore. If you do use them make sure to get a photo of the box size with a ruler as well as one with the weight displayed. It will be your only recourse if you’re charged these fees.

EXPEDITED WORLD WIDE SHIPPING??? NOT!!

I shipped my package at 1:30 on a Friday afternoon.. I paid for worldwide expedited shipping which should have taken three or four days at the most to the Dominican Republic...
I kept tracking the package daily and once it reached Louisville KY..it sat there in the UPS warehouse for 4 days until I sent a complaint email to UPS questioning why it wasn't getting moved through the system ..
They were supposed to reply within 24 hours which they never did and finally the package a day and a half later started to move again..
I feel that they owe me some sort of refund or compensation for the fact that I paid a good amount of money for Expedited shipping and delivery.. and they didn't follow through.. -
