Beware of 'Additional Charges'

Very fast service, and boxes arrived in reasonable state - there was a hole in one of them that looked like someone had tried to gain access. In addition, I was charged a mystery $24 after the boxes arrival at the destination. I still haven't received an explanation for this extra charge - the invoice simply states 'additional charges'. This is a little disappointing and annoying, after what I thought may have been an exceptional service. I don't suppose I will receive an explanation or a refund of this 'additional charge', and I feel like I have been ripped off a little. Buyer beware, get a solid quote and demand explanations for any additional charges.

UPS delayed the "Worldwide Expedited Drop Off"

Shipped to India, ParcelMonkey was fine but UPS WorldWide shipping was very delayed it said 2 to 3 business days but it took 7 working days (11 days including weekends) which ruined the need of sending with Expedited shipping
