The shipping price was great. The delivery took 2 weeks longer than originally stated. Customs was a nightmare. UPS somehow lost part of the address although I called in at least 6 times to get them squared away. I asked about any additional charges prior to delivery, and was told there were none. However, the recipient was forced to pay over $90 to get the package out of hock. I was not happy. I've previously shipped with USPS and never had issues like this. IN the end, it took just as long to get the package delivered too. This won't be happening again.
