Took a long time but it wasn’t parcel monkeys fault

The means of selecting a preferred courier service is excellent -as is the pricing. Drop off was also simple. My only issue is at the drop off. Recommend that one uses the courier's tracking numbers rather than parcel monkeys. The courier will not recognise the parcel monkey tracking number so if something goes astray you have no ability to trace.
