Parcel Monkey great, French customs not so much

Great service! I dropped it off on a Tuesday and the package arrived to Europe (France) the following Monday. Customs is a nightmare there but luckily with their pro forma system, my friend was able to pick up the package with almost no issues ( you still have to pay extra for French customs but...).

I was a little Leary at first, but it worked out great. My package was received the date the system said it would be, and the cost was 50% less than Fedex.

Thirteen days elapsed from the time I dropped off the packages at my local UPS center until it was received in Singapore. This was a little longer than I expected, but it did get there all in one piece!
Charleston to Singapore is a long way (I have flown it myself), so I was not displeased.
