The package was delivered within the promised time, however we were charged additional handling fees and 'other' fees once the package was delivered. This is in addition to custom fees which I recognize are my responsibility as the shipper. I was sending the package to family and did not want them to pay anything. My frustration is the additional handling fees that were not accounted for from the get-go although I paid a hefty premium to be shipping this month and I thought the $200+ would be covering all non-custom and non-duty fees.
