Great service. I sent a Christmas package to my family in the UK from the US with the UPS drop off option. It got there in less than a week and had tracking available the whole way. I have used parcel monkey twice because the post office has become too expensive for me to send international packages and both times I have been happy with it.

My first time to use this service and it was very good. The prices is much cheaper compared with other carriers. I wish you have mor friendly option for filling the paperwork and easier way to lan the steps online.
I loved that I was able to communicate with real person online in a timely fashion. Thank you
