VAT fees not included

Package made it around the world on time and when expected. I wasn't notified when purchasing that I would have to pay VAT fees separately regardless of exemption but understand this isn't a vendor fee but a government tax.

We were looking for a way to save some money on international shipping over the cost of going direct to the shipping companies. Parcel Monkey was easy to set up and provided us with a printable label that UPS attached to a box and sent it off. The shipping was quick and we received frequent progress updates. Would we have liked it to be a little cheaper yet? Yes. But in the end it was reasonable and we're very happy with the service.
