Very fast and reliable. I weighed my package and put in the right measurements then they gave me the price. I paid and printed off the label at home. All I did was drop off at the ups store on Friday and it was delivered the next Thursday. It's 100% reliable and affordable too because my package was heavy and I would have paid way more with DHL or FedEx. I will use them anytime anyday. 100% recommend
