Convenient and competitive but need some tuning on customs documentation.

Relatively easy to price, book, print and drop off. However after a customs issue in UK on 1st shipment, and with a hour or so of on line research we learned that our shipments of personal items needed to have additional information hand written on the customs documentation to include the transfer of residence authorization number and appropriate Customs Code.

No updates no information on when my documents will be delivered.
Not good Customer service.
