3rd time Ive shipped to Japan. Makes it there in less than a week and cheaper than going directly through UPS or Postal service. Only once had issues with customs but since have gotten the phone number of recipient and no issues. Was probably an issue because it was Christmas presents and were wrapped so they couldnt confirm what was inside which is what caused the problem.

such a nasty service, levied custom taxes after the product is at destination about to be delivered. and customs were more than the price of the product itself. will never use again
