UPS Worldwide Expedited USA to India: poor tracking and long delivery time

Parcel Monkey website was really easy to use to generate the UPS label. Once UPS picked it up, they provided very little tracking info. Their website is not updated in real time and it is hard to know exactly where the package is. UPS did not provide an estimated delivery date. They only confirmed the date about 1 day prior to arrival at the destination. It took 6.5 days from origin to destination, which is also much longer than expected. UPS did handle customs clearance without a problem and the shipment arrived with no damage. Local delivery team was also good.
