Used Parcel Monkey for the first time, needing to send something to Germany from USA. Process was easy and price was a bit cheaper than other carriers. Instructions were clear. They promised delivery in a week and package got there in a week. Tracking number provided. No lost packages, not drama. Easy transaction. Was happy and would use again. Thanks Parcel Monkey!

The delivery was pushed back two different times which resulted in 3 business days delay. Additionally, I was charged an extra fee after the fact even though there were no errors in the weight or dimensions. However, this was still significantly cheaper than shipping direct with the shipper and arrived in good condition. Another benefit was ease of paying import fees online.
