"Delivery" without the delivery

Over a week held in the UK and it’s still not delivered. Completely useless. Parcel Monkey support were completely unhelpful too. Told me to contact UPS - err, no, I paid for a service, that’s what Parcel Monkey should do. Parcel Monkey’s incompetence has ruined a birthday and they couldn’t care less.
As I write this, the parcel has now been marked as "lost". Parcel Monkey literally couldn't give a monkeys. There has been zero communication from Parcel Monkey customer service about it, no apology or offer of a refund. Service like this is how you lose customers.Parcel Monkey replied on 01/04/2021

Carrier would not deliver to apartment, had to go downstairs and meet. Person receiving package is 5 month pregnant, package weight 37 pounds.

I found Parcel Monkey, after much research, to be the best option for shipping internationally. Parcel Monkey is a quicker and just as reliable shipping service as UPS, Fedex, or the US Postal Service.
Easy drop off at UPS, remarkably quick delivery time well within the 2-5 day estimate. And, to comprehend the degree of difficulty, this parcel was shipped from the USA to Germany. I'll certainly use their service again. -
