Reliable & fast service

I was able to track my package every step of the way. It also arrived in a timely manner. The only downside (and it's not parcel monkey's fault) is the customs charge which just blew my mind; 15% for personal items to be shipped- made no sense.

send a package to BD to my dad where customs can always ben an issue, but the local contact was able to resolve this
