This was a great option to ship a large and heavy shelf overseas. It arrived with zero issues and in a timely manner. My only suggestion is that a list of possible customs costs be included up front. I had to pay customs once it arrived in the destination country. Not any fault of ParcelMonkey.

I'm so thankful to Parcel Monkey. I had to ship a gaming PC and monitor from the US to AU. Parcel Monkey had the best shipping rate by far and everything made it in one piece. Thank you so much PM! I would high recommend using them for international shipping.

Used the service to get a bargain on the shipping. Saved quite the bit on initial shipping cost but didn't know the destination would charge a premium of customs to release the package. Would've been better if I had to known that before shipping the package.
