Courier service is great delivery sucks parcel was dropped off to some Dock and not to the uk address on the parcel this was for my grandkids I am dissatisfied.

I sent 10 boxes to my dad. I did not list every single thing i sent to Japan so the boxes had to be opened. the price was almost half of the competitors.
the tracking was bad i was stating to think something was not sent and my dad in japan told me it was already in japan
