100% Pleasantly surprised! They were quick and less expensive than all other ways of mailing my materials internationally from New York to Australia. Additional plus is that the shipment was delivered within a week! I couldn't be more pleased!

Shipped a 12" x 12" package of photos, about 400g (~1 lb) in weight from Washington DC to Perth, Australia. US Postal Service / Australia Post has been taking between 4 - 8 weeks. Had a USPS quote of $32 for the package, parcelmonkey via UPS was $45. Shipped by me 4pm Monday (US time), arrived Friday at noon in Perth! 3 to 5 business days for delivery was accurate. I don't usually post reviews, but this was such a positive and painless experience I thought I'd share.
