Using Parcel Monkey was an EXCELLENT experience!

I was skeptical as a first time user of Parcel Monkey that it would be much better than other carriers/couriers I have used in the past to ship packages to our son in London, but after an horrific 2 month disaster with the USPS, which I try and support, I had to find a reasonably priced, more reliable way to ship to London, (not to Osaka, Japan where the USPS lost it for a month before delivering to London a month later). My first time with Parcel Monkey went very smoothly. The shipping process, including package prep/payment, the drop off, tracking, time en route and delivery to our son, arriving a day early in as good of shape as I shipped it was EXCELLENT and at a very GOOD price. I will keep using Parcel Monkey!!

I previously contacted multiple OTHER services. This is by far the BEST ONE! Not only was their price far less, their service was far better than expected. Parcel Monkey was incredibly helpful, extremely efficient, pleasant to deal with AND their website and ordering process was the simplest and easiest to navigate. They were awesome and I would recommend them 100%. I was kept up to date on the transit process and the package was ultimately delivered on time and in great condition. Thank you thank you thank you Parcel Monkey.

It was a fast service at 6 days between the US and France. Sadly, the French office screwed up with the delivery address and claimed that I had not provided a correct street address, which was not true. So my recipient had to go pick the package up themselves, which was annoying, but not a huge problem. Overall satisfied.
