Until we discovered Parcel Monkey we used the US Post office. Each time we sent a package with a delivery date it never got to NZ on time and usually took two to four weeks longer. Upon using PM our deliveries get to the destination usually on or very close to the delivery timeframe and the price for the delivery is considerably less than we had been paying. We are very pleased with PM’s entire process and will definitely use again.

Sending went smoothly and all the detailed explanations were really helpful in packing the parcel and making sure all the necessary documents are attached. Easy to find pickup locations and reliable tracking information on the website. Unfortunately, parcel ended up being more expensive and receiver had to cover some minor additional costs. Otherwise great service!

The service was easy to use, and the price was much less than the standard shipping rates for the same service. The package actually arrived a little faster than expected so an extra bonus!
