First time with Parcel Monkey

Delivery took 12 days - a lot longer than what was promised for the additional $40 or so. I was also disappointed that the duties and tax had to be paid for by the recipient when the agreement said I guaranteed to pay those charges. My first experience shipping to South Africa and the duties were 80% - much more than the 15% I was expecting after reading the information provided. The good news is the product arrived in good shape. Bummer was the premium charge didnt get the premium delivery.
Parcel Monkey made it convenient and easy and I will use them and recommend them to friends.
