Better even than expected.

I've used your service before, and don't remember a problem, but this time, it was so darn easy I can't even believe it. A package to China. Some UPS service. Said 2-5 days. I sent it Friday. My associate had it today (Monday). Simple to fill out forms, generated customs forms, easy drop off. As advertised, but better. Thanks.

I was not sure if I made the right choice about using this service after reading some reviews but my parents received the package well. However going through other extra steps about tax issue was unexpected.
