International with UPS

Using UPS for an international overseas delivery for a second time. The package was at the destination customs in 3 business days!!!! Amazing, so fast and so easy! Will use it again

Another slow shipment...

Took 2 days for package to be picked up from drop off site (not parcel monkeys fault, but still an issue). Biggest issue is that Parcel Monkey sells expedited service that it doesn't guarantee or offer any assistance with. If you sell the service, you should at least assist if there are problems.
