Very bad service ...Use standard service..

One of the bad courier experienced I received with parcel monkey. For $58.. finally I need to pay $125. I will never recommend this site to anybody or never I will use it.

Please also note that all the services we offer are delivery duty unpaid which means it is the recipient's responsibility to pay any customs charges. Customs are a government agency and we do not have any jurisdiction over their process/action.
