Poor support and service - delivery required numerous calls & escalation

Held the package for weeks and provided fake updates online, had to call multiple numbers so many times and escalate to get the package delivered on 28th August, it was scheduled for delivery on 11th August.
Moreover, ParcelMonkey generating an invoice indicating I was selling documents was grossly incorrect and probably caused a lot of issues once the package reached New Delhi, India. I declared that I was sending apostille documents (personal and business entity), mention of selling was untrue and not something I mentioned - UPS had the receiver pay duty and custom fees assessed on shipping cost (~$42-$44) and default insurance ($100) ParcelMoney provided - an unnecessary fee charged for sending documents which had no financial value. -

Expected timeline for delivery was correct and tracking made it easy. Helpful staff at UPS Store that assisted with customs document attachment along with labels.

Contact UPS's CEO for assistance

UPS failed miserably. Shipment was to take 4 days to get to Australia. Paid a lot for the quick service. UPS misrouted it to the wrong wearhouse and let it sit there for 3 days. Tried to get someone at UPS to assist but no one takes responsibility for anything there. Spent 4 hours on the phone with no help. Sent an email to UPS's CEO. It was then forwarded to the executive team to assist with delivery. They took care of it immediately and the package was delivered 2 days later. Moral of the story - Contact UPS's CEO for assistance.
