Customs forms you provided me ended up not sufficient and the item was stuck in Italian customs when it should not have been, and it was charged duty when it should not have been.

Parcel Monkey saved me a lot of money sending my 8oz package to Japan ($60 savings) m/l from the amount quoted me at the local UPS store. Thank yu parcel monkey - however, the package was delivered a day or so later than what was estimated - and it was time sensitive - thankfully the recipient accepted the package. So only 4 stars
