Everything went great. Shipped a personal package from Ohio to my friend in Brazil. It was in customs for 2 days and arrived at thee house in the fifth business day. Very efficient

I am highly disappointed by the delay. The same problem occurred with previous shipment that i sent using your services. Markedly delay with package held in Delhi without a reason makes no sense. I am having major inconvenience due to this. Customer services are also not responding properly. I am waiting for a call from customer service still no progress.
