never ship to brazil

over a month later and i still haven’t received my parcel. ups brazil has been trying to get me to pay import taxes on my own property. i’ve sent them my proof through four different channels and they insisted i needed to pay.
apparently, the parcel has been liberated but with no date for delivery. i have no idea if i will ever see my property. i’ve given up.

SCAM: STAY AWAY

SCAM, took $100 and didn't deliver the shipment. Nor was the product returned to me neither was the courier money. Stay away from Parcel Monkey, they are SCAMMERs ripping people of their money without prejudice.

Feel cheated as checked all sizes and weights, and finally was over double charged. Will never use this service again.
