Package handled so roughly that padded things inside were shattered.

The package was delivered to the recipient and in other shipments, everything has been fine. This time, when the recipient opened the box, things inside were damaged and broken, as though the box had been dropped from a great distance. This is very surprising because In preparing the materials, I ensured that everything inside was snug and anything sort of fragile (nothing was really fragile) was wrapped with bubble wrap. I know this isn't Parcel Monkey's issue (because Parcel Monkey is fantastic) but the handlers along the way.

I dropped off my package at the local UPS store and it arrived within the time frame promised. I appreciate that I could track the package and let my grandchildren know when they could expect their gifts. Thanks Parcel Monkey and UPS!

Great Service, I regularly use it. Note: UPS Stateside tracking is immediate. Japanese Side is immediate until transferred for delivery. That lags by several hours. But the service is great!
