Some courier partners require senders to complete a digital identity check. This process verifies a person's identity and helps prevent fraud.

Services requiring this security step are flagged in quote results. When booking such a service, you complete a fast online ID check involving two image uploads:

• A picture of photo ID (passport or driving license)

• A scan of your face

These two images are compared and, as long as they match, your identity will be verified. Successful verification is stored against your account, eliminating the need to repeat it on future bookings. You can remove your ID check at any time.

Data usage and storage

The information collected for your ID check is not stored with Parcel Monkey, so we will never see or use your data. The verification process uses Yoti, a trusted and secure digital identity platform used by businesses and Governments around the world. Yoti stores data and shares it per their privacy policy.
