Is Parcel Monkey Pro free?
Yes. Pro is a free order management tool. There is no subscription and no setup fee - you pay only for the shipping you book, at the discounted rates Parcel Monkey already offers.
How do I connect my stores to Pro?
Connecting your store(s) to Pro is quick and only takes a couple of minutes. Head to the Accounts area of your account, then authorize and link each marketplace you want to sync.
We currently support direct integrations with eBay and Shopify. If you sell on another marketplace, you can still ship your orders through Pro by uploading a CSV file. Learn how to ship via CSV.
I sell somewhere other than eBay and Shopify. Can I still use Pro?
Yes. Upload those orders by CSV and manage them alongside the rest - see our CSV bulk shipping guide for the file format.
Can I still ship one-off packages the normal way?
Yes. Pro sits alongside our standard package delivery quote and booking flow - use whichever suits the job. If you just have a few extra packages going to the same address, our multi-parcel collection guide can also help.
What happens to my existing order history when I start using Pro?
Your past Parcel Monkey orders carry over and stay viewable in your account. Nothing is lost when you start using Pro.
