Kohls Returns Policy
Items purchased from Kohls can be returned up to 16 months after the date of purchase. You will need to provide proof of purchase and you should allow at least a complete billing period for your return to be processed. make sure you include tags for all items and items should not be worn or used if you wish to obtain a full refund. Premium electronic goods should be returned with their original packaging in 30 days.

How to return an item to Kohls
When returning merchandise purchased from Kohls.com, shipping costs paid on the order are not refunded. To avoid return shipping and handling costs, simply bring your merchandise and receipt to the Kohl’s nearest to you. Returning online purchases in-store is the quickest way to receive your refund or credit.
To return an item to Kohls by mail, complete the returns form that came with the purchase and package it along with the item you wish to return in a suitable box. We have some guidance on packaging here. Kohl's does not provide prepaid shipping labels. All shipments will need to paid for by the customer and you arrange a discounted courier service with Parcel Monkey. Make sure you book a tracked courier service so you can follow the package to its delivery.
