Return items to Sephora if you they are unwanted but make sure you check the Returns Policy before you send anything back.
If for any reason you wish to return an item to Sephora, products must be returned in new or gently used condition. In order to obtain a refund, the goods must be returned within 60 days of purchase.
Sephora purchases can be easily returned for FREE to any in-store Sephora locations or by mail using pre-paid return shipping labels supplied with the goods when they are delivered.
It can take up to two weeks for your return to be processed if sent by mail to Sephora where the items will be checked before a refund can be issued. Once the return is processed Sephora will let you know via email and you will be refunded via the method used to make the original purchase.
If you are returning goods purchased on Sephora.com by mail you will need to fill out both sides of the Return Form attached to the Order Summary and include the Return Form with your items. Include your name, e-mail address, and phone number so that we can contact you, if necessary.
Ensure that you package your return item in the manufacturer's product box and Sephora packaging, or ensure you use your own suitable packaging to ensure the goods are sent back with no damage. Sephora provides a prepaid returns label at www.sephora.com/returnlabel and you can ship the item back via the United States Postal Service. Allow 2 weeks for the return to be sent back and processed by Sephora and use the tracking to keep an eye on your delivery.
