Here’s how to keep an eye on your shipment with Australia posting tracking.

Your shipment reference number can be found on your Parcel Monkey account, your confirmation email or the shipping label. It begins with PMS*****.
Share this shipment reference number with the receiver and they’ll be able to track the parcel exactly the same way too.
For parcels sent directly with Australia Post, you can easily follow your shipment with Auspost tracking on their website.
With Parcel Monkey you can take advantage of Australia Post’s three main options for domestic delivery services: standard parcel delivery (or Parcel Post), next day parcel delivery (or Express Post) and same day parcel delivery (or Courier post).
Conveniently, tracking is included with whichever Australia Post option you pick for your domestic delivery. Not matter what stage of shipment, just put your shipment reference number into our handy tracking tool for the latest update.
If your shipment isn’t urgent you can opt for the lowest cost standard service for a delivery usually within 2 to 6 business days. If your shipment is a priority, the right service for you could be next day parcel delivery.
Or if it’s urgent go for same day courier service, but bear in mind this option covers only metro areas within state, and your package needs to deposited before 2pm.
Parcel Monkey offer four different International Delivery Services through Australia Post - Economy, Standard, Express and Courier. With the exception of Economy, all of the services include Australia post international tracking to the majority of global destinations.
When it comes to international delivery times, the Courier service aims to deliver in within 1 to 2 business days between major metro areas, with the Express estimating delivery within 2 to 4 business days, also between major metro areas.
At the other end of the scale, the cost effective Economy service will take 10 business days or more to get your package there by air, or a minimum of 30 business days delivering by sea. And if your delivery is only semi-urgent you can opt for the Standard service for a balance of speed and cost, with a delivery time of 6 or more business days.
