Do I get FedEx tracking when I book with Parcel Monkey?

You can tracking with FedEx this via your PMK shipment number that is provided at the time of booking and any tracking will be shown via our tracking tool. You can also take the shipping number from the FedEx label we provide and track a package directly on the FedEx website to up to date with your deliveries.

Can I get a FedEx tracking order number if I drop off?

A FedEx tracking order number will be provided even if you drop off at a local store. Many of our customers like to book a courier pick up as it saves a trip to the FedEx store, but for others it is easier to drop off and tracking will still be supplied by FedEx from the moment the package is dropped off until it is delivered.
