Important Information about addresses
If you are planning on using our bulk uploading tool, you should check your address details in your account. This can speed up the process of booking bulk shipments, as we can use your default address as the collection address.
Also, check you are happy with your contact number and all of your other details on My Account, as this can save you time when you upload a CSV file.
