What time will my package be collected?

Delivery companies make package collections throughout the day and typically do not provide a specific collection time. If you can wait at home, couriers generally operate collection windows from 8am to 6pm.

If the courier arrives when you're not home, they may leave a calling card with instructions. Contact Parcel Monkey's customer support team to rebook a collection slot if needed. Note that Parcel Monkey itself doesn't perform collections - the service provider does.

Alternative options:

• Book collection from a work address

• Arrange for someone you trust to receive the package at their address

• Use drop-off services such as DHL eCommerce or other available options
