Can I send to a PO Box address?

Parcel Monkey requires a fixed delivery address where the courier can deliver to the recipient and obtain a signature. For this reason, we are not currently able to support deliveries to PO Box addresses, as most of our courier partners require a signature on delivery.

There is one exception: in the Middle East, in locations such as the UAE, it is commonplace for addresses to be PO Box based, so these are the exception.

Wherever possible, we recommend using an address with a zip or postal code that appears on Google Maps to help reduce any delivery complications. It is also a good idea for the recipient to provide a contact number so the courier can get in touch if any issues arise.

Your shipping label will contain all of the delivery information. Some services provide two labels - one for transport to a sort depot and a second showing the final recipient address. If you are provided with both labels, please attach them both to your parcel, along with any customs documents.
