When returning goods to Lulus you should check the Returns Policy before you ship any items as the conditions can be subject to change. We have compiled some of the most important things you should know about returning items to Lulus including a brief overview of their Returns Policy and how to go about returning unwanted items to them.
Lulus accept returns that are postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date but in order to return your item free of charge, you will need to have sent the item back postmarked after just 10 days, which is quite a short turnaround compared to other retailers. Refunds are issued via the original payment method and cannot be issued to alternate cards or via any other payment type. The original shipping fee is nonrefundable.
Returns must be sent back in their original condition - unworn & unwashed and if this is not the case your return may be subject to refusal. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and placed inside an additional box for shipping transit. Damage to the shoe box makes shoes ineligible for return. If received damaged, shoes will be shipped back and subject to additional shipping costs.
The Lulus Returns and Exchange policy has some interesting information such as if you opt to be refunded in Lulus Online Credit, you can receive an additional $5 online credit - something to keep in mind if you are a regular shopper. Final Sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
If you have an account with Lulus sign in to your account and head to My Account. Then select 'Track My Order' and locate the order which contains the item you are wanting to return. Follow the simple steps to return the goods, and you will be able to print out the UPS or USPS shipping label ready to attach to your return and then you are able to mail it back to Lulus. Always obtain proof of postage and keep a copy of the tracking number.

Lulus.com are not responsible for missing, damaged, or lost packages in transit so select a tracked courier service and keep a copy of the shipping receipt. Follow our packaging guidelines to be sure that your package is returned safely.
Allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed once it reaches our warehouse - another reason to use a tracked courier service. A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been issued.
