Patagonia Returns Policy

Returns are processed within 7 business days of the date they arrive at the Patagonia facility, however during seasonal peaks it can take up to 14 business days.

Refunds are applied via the original payment method. Items over 1 year old receive merchandise credit instead. Without proof of purchase, you'll receive merchandise credit at the last sale price.

Items can also be returned at any Patagonia retail location.

How to Return an Item to Patagonia

Using Patagonia's return label

A $5.00 deduction applies to your refund or credit when you use the retail returns label included with your order. Print out and complete the returns form and include it with the item. The address for returns will be provided on this form.

Using your own shipping

Fill out and enclose the bottom portion of your original invoice, or fill out and include the returns form with a copy of your receipt. Use a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance, as Patagonia is not responsible for lost packages.
