When you are returning an item to Patagonia, you should check over the Returns Policy to ensure the goods are sent back with everything required included in the package.
Returns are processed within 7 business days of the date they arrive at the Patagonia facility, however during seasonal peaks it can take up to 14 business days for a return to be processed. Refunds will be applied using the original payment method used by the customer and any orders over 1 year old will be issued a merchandise credit instead. If you are not able to provide receipt or proof of purchase, you will be issued a merchandise credit for the last sale price of the item.
You can return items in store at any Patagonia location.
In order to cover return shipping and processing, $5.00 will be deducted from your refund or credit should you choose to use the retail returns label included in the delivery of your package. You will need to print out and complete the returns form and include with the item. The address for returns will be provided on this form. Always obtain proof of postage when you send an item back to the retailer as they will not be responsible for lost packages and ensure you also package them correctly so that they do not come to any damage when being transported.
If you’d prefer to return the item with a shipping method of your choice, please fill out and enclose the bottom portion of the original invoice or fill out and include the returns form with a copy of your receipt.
