Before returning any items to a retailer you should check the Returns Policy and Venus is no different.
When you are sent any item you have ordered online through Venus, you will be provided with a Return/Exchange form on the bottom of the invoice. On here you should indicate the reason why you are sending the item back and whether you would like a refund or exchange.
Return your item along with the form and use the following address-

Venus provides a prepaid shipping label for your convenience and the charge for this, $6.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded once your item has been processed back at their warehouse.
The label provided allows you to return the package via UPS or USPS; there is no need to go to the post office or UPS store. You may give the package to your postman or UPS driver or you may drop it in a UPS drop box or USPS mailbox.
Customers outside of the United States should be aware that return labels are not provided for shipments but you can still return goods to Venus by booking your own courier - which is possible using the Parcel Monkey shipping calculator.
Where possible use the original shipping bag or box but be sure to place the return label over your name and address on the package and ensure any old addresses and barcodes on the outside of the package are removed.
Should any Venus item fail to meet your expectations, simply return it within 90 days in a new and unused condition and Venus will gladly exchange it or offer a refund.
