Returning an item to Venus is easy, simply return your item within 30 days in a new and unused condition and Venus will gladly exchange it or offer a refund. However, you should always check your Venus return policy before shipping your item back, as returns policies can change.

How to return Venus clothes

You can return an item to Venus following these simple steps:

  1. When you receive your item from Venus, you will be provided with a Return/Exchange form on the bottom of the invoice.

  2. Fill out all sections of the Return/Exchange form, including item numbers and prices where necessary.

  3. Indicate the reason you are sending the item back and whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

  4. Venus provides a prepaid shipping label, which you should attach to your parcel. The charge for this, $6.95, which will be deducted from the amount refunded once your item has been processed back at their warehouse. Exchange shipping is free.

  5. You can return the package via UPS or USPS. There is no need to go to the post office or UPS store. You may give the package to your postman or UPS driver, or you can drop it in a UPS drop box or USPS mailbox.

  6. Returns take approximately 14 business days to process. If you are requesting a refund, this will be credited to your original method of payment. If an exchange is requested, the new package will arrive within seven business days of shipment. You will be notified by email once your request has been handled.

If you would prefer to send your Venus return by insured USPS mail or UPS, you will be responsible for the fee for shipping the package back to Venus.

How should I package my Venus return item?

Where possible use the original shipping bag or box, but be sure to place the return label over your name and address on the package and ensure any old addresses and barcodes on the outside of the package are removed.

Can I return items to Venus from outside the US?

In addition to the United States, Venus ship to Australia, Canada and New Zealand. You can return items to Venus from any of these locations, however, return labels are not provided, so you will need to book your own courier.
