Before deciding how to send a package, ensure your parcels are packed well enough for safe transport across long distances through various vehicles and warehouses.

Key packaging requirements:

• Use sturdy, heavy-duty cardboard boxes to prevent damage to contents.

• Wrap fragile items separately and fill empty spaces with polystyrene chips.

• Seal all box openings with multiple tape layers to prevent opening.

• Remove all old stickers and labels from reused boxes, particularly hazmat stickers. Packages marked with hazmat stickers may be returned or destroyed.
